Diamond Wire Cutting

At Almath Crucibles, we offer a diamond wire cutting for ultra-hard ceramic materials using our NCX200 Single Wire Machine.

We can offer precision cropping, dicing, wafering, slicing, and shaping (0.25 mm thin slots can be cut for example) of ultra-hard and brittle materials such as Alumina, Zirconia, Quartz, Silicon Carbide and many more. Maybe you need thin washers or tubes or rods in high volumes cut to an accurate length with square ends we can do it. Other advantages of this machine, it cuts cleanly with less waste and no extra machining required after cutting.
